this supplementary policy includes information that is different from the main
Privacy Policy, please rely on this supplementary policy in relation to use of
the Buy My Car website and the main Privacy Policy in relation to all other
processing undertaken by us.

Personal Data we collect about you when you register to use Buy My Car and/ or
use our services and how we handle your Personal Data to ensure that we protect
your rights. Please read this Policy,
alongside our main Privacy Policy, carefully to understand how we will treat
your Personal Data. In this Policy,
references to “you” or “your” shall mean you as a user of Buy My Car.
Information we may collect from
you
We may
collect and process the following data about you:
Information
that you provide by filling in forms on our site. This includes information
provided through our various 'contact forms' including name, address, email
address and contact telephone number, together with vehicle details. We may
also ask you for information if you report a problem with our site.
If you
contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although
you do not have to respond to them.

provide you with our services. The
provision of your contact information at the point of log-on set-up to Buy My
Car is mandatory if you are to receive our services.

manage your Buy My Car account;

information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have
given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access

security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own
risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and

required to manage your Buy My Car account, for storage or as part of general

review, perform or refine the Buy My Car services provided and as necessary for
the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; and

• our business, either in whole or in part,
is acquired by a third party (in which case Personal Data about customers will
be one of the transferred assets); or
• we are under a duty to disclose or share
your personal data by law or regulation.

Any
changes we may make to our Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on this
page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail.
